Native application Blender 2.80. If you like to use these models in other versions of blender then just copy(Ctrl+C) models from the provided blend file and paste(Ctrl+V) it in your project.
Mid poly models, intended to use in projects like 3d floor plan. But, you can modify, add details and use it for any other purposes.
All materials are procedural and you can add PBR textures to the models easily as well.
These models are specially designed for 3d floor plans and may not be suitable for closeup interior renders.
